Matti has over 30 years experience in retail, trade and industry with a special focus on textile and food. He developed his own distribution company and worked on the forefront of Swiss premium retailing. He loves developing visions, connecting people, creates space for innovations and keeps the teams together.

Matti has a background in economics and marketing, loves art, cooking, discovering cultures and travelling the world.

Sven has more than 18 years of leadership experience in logistics, supply chain management and strategy implementation in automotive, construction, aircraft and communication industry. He loves complex challenges and cutting through them. Sven does not accept no as an answer.

Sven has a background in economics, holds a PhD in Logistics Management. Loves wrestling with his sons, skiing, running and cooking with friends and family.
